All fresh flower bouquets are fully bespoke. Let us know what colour palette you would like and leave the rest to us! Either chat with us on WA or IG or leave a message under our "gift message box" to let us know your preference. Have a favourite flower you would like to include? Let us know and we will try to include them if they are in season. Unsure of what you would like to gift? Describe your recipient’s personality in a few words and leave the rest to us! 

Kindly ensure someone is available to receive the flowers. Our delivery personnel will contact the recipient/sender if there is no one at the door. If both can’t be contacted via phone within 10 minutes of arrival, the flowers will be left at the door, reception or at a safe place (riser). If the delivery location does not have a safe place (eg. la ded homes) we will charge $15 for a re-delivery attempt. We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items.

Vase option only available for regular and large sizes. 

Display in a cool area away from direct sunlight and heat. Remove from packaging and keep it in a clean water vase. Cut the stems at an angle and remove any yellow leaves/drooping blooms.
